From the time we got there, I noticed the outside was very clean. Then I walked in the lobby and that was very clean as well. There was a coffee station for the guests and the staff was really nice. The room was a nice size, it was clean with ample towels and wash cloths (love that), and the bed was comfortable. The only issue was the door was hard to open and close, but it wasn't a big deal. We also noticed the first night that the tub drain was clogged and would fill up with water when showering. We let housekeeping know the next morning and when we got back later that evening, it had been fixed. We only had breakfast one day while there, but there was a good selection of hot food, and it was pretty good. The location was the best part, there's literally everything you need right there. TGIF is right next door, Giant supermarket is down the street, with tons of stores and restaurants all within walking distance. I would definitely stay here again.

This was my 2nd time staying here and this time was MUCH better than the last. The room was better and cleaner. Although there was a dirty washcloth left, all the others and the towels were clean so I think it was left accidentally. The location is the best, literally every store, restaurant, supermarket you can think of is within a 5 minute drive or less. The breakfast us pretty good and the staff is really nice.

Honestly, my husband and I travel and we stay with IHG all the time. The breakfast was awesome but what really made my morning was that Best Western had honey for my honey's tea, as a wife who makes his tea every morning, I forgot to pack or buy honey but NO WORRIES, THANK YOU BEST WESTERN FOR THE HONEY!!!
